Vintage motorcycles had both magneto and generator exposed drive connections. A blower could be driven off of a generator drive. On the Suzuki LS one would have to fabricate a new side cover to the engine, with a power a take-off. As far as using a Turbo charger, that works off of exhaust gas pressure, (not a good idea on a single cylinder engine) one would have to feed the Turbo bearings with high pressure circulating engine oil. This was also easier in the old days, with exposed oil lines.
